House number 129 is called the red cottage by the locals. According to the records, Jan Kolzrt, a master weaver, purchased a lot of land in Trávníky for twenty gold coins from the town council in 1787 in order to build a house. This house is an essential urban element in the street where it constitutestogether with neighbouring houses number 153 and 154the last remaining zone with timbered, gable-oriented houses. The gable lavishly decorated with plinths is certainly worth seeing.
House number 153 is a copy built in 2003 after the original building from the end of the 18th century (after 1774). The house forms an integral part of the valuable urban area of Trávníky, and its location illustrates the progressive house-development in this locale. The house is situated on a pleasant slant site in the middle part of the street. The building has retained its original shape and size despite an extensive reconstruction.
